Replacement Policy

Exchange policy is valid within 7 days after the parcel is delivered

 

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and as mentioned on our website. All items go through strict quality control before dispatch department. However, there can still be many reasons for you to exchange the ordered goods.

What can be exchanged?
If the product is not same as shown in pictures.
If the product is defective, counterfeit or damaged.
Change of mind/ disliking is not applicable.

All products intended to be exchanged must be in following conditions:
Product must remain unused
Product labels are attached
Product box/packaging should be in un-torn condition.
All products for exchange will be checked for above-mentioned exchange conditions. If a product does not comply with above-mentioned details, it will be sent back to the customer’s address.

Who will pay the shipping charges of exchanged product?
Customer will be responsible to send exchange parcel to the ACCESSORISTAN Head Office. Exchange postage will be paid by the customer.

Notification of Exchange:
For all the products to be Exchanged, we must be notified of your intention of Exchanging the product within 7 days of delivery.
